INGREDIENTS

* 2 tablespoons All Purpose Flour
* 1/8 teaspoon pepper
* 4 (4-oz.) boneless pork loin chops, trimmed of fat
* 1/3 cup beef broth
* 2/3 cup evaporated skimmed milk
* 1/4 cup nonfat sour cream
DIRECTION

1. 1In shallow dish, combine flour and pepper; mix well. Dip pork chops into flour mixture; turn to coat both sides. Set aside any remaining flour mixture.

2. 2Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add pork chops; cook 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown and pork is no longer pink in center, turning once. Remove pork from skillet; cover to keep warm.

3. 3In small bowl with wire whisk, combine broth, milk, sour cream and reserved flour mixture; blend until smooth. Pour into skillet; cook and stir over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until bubbly and thickened. If thinner gravy is desired, add an additional 1 to 2 tablespoons milk. Serve gravy over pork chops.
