INGREDIENTS


1/4 red capsicum, chopped
35g (1/3 cup) grated cheddar
2 button mushrooms, chopped
1 small white pita bread
Tomato chutney
8 slices pizza salami
Baby spinach leaves
DIRECTION


Combine 1/4 red capsicum, chopped; 35g (1/3 cup) grated cheddar; and 2 button mushrooms, chopped. Cut 1 small white pita bread in half. Spread the inside of each half with tomato chutney. Fill with the capsicum mixture; 8 slices pizza salami; and baby spinach leaves.
NOTE:

For after: Ricotta swirls: Spread bought crepes with hazelnut spread and ricotta. Roll up to enclose filling. Cut into pieces.
